Here’s what working with us looks like:

At the beginning of each month we will gather the previous month’s financial documents needed to do your bookkeeping and produce accurate financial statements.

Once we have all the documents we need, we will post the data and finalize and complete your books within 10 business days.
Our team reconciles your accounts, categorizes your transactions, and produces your financial statements. We will also make any necessary adjustments to your books to ensure that they are tax-compliant.

At the end of each month
Once your books are complete, you’ll get a message from our bookkeeping team letting you know that your books are ready for review.

To get set up: We will meet with you to get to know how your business works and where to properly categorize transactions. Over time, our team will come to know your bookkeeping needs inside and out, giving you peace of mind and more time to focus on your business. We do the work ourselves, with experienced, trusted employees who know accounting so we don’t outsource your bookkeeping or send your data overseas.
